These days I've been working on my new home, hanging some pictures and looking for some kind of curtain, and I have to say that decorating is not my favorite activity. But wearing something comfy and colorful usually cheers up my day, so I picked one of my favorite coats ever. It's a framboise wool coat from my mom's wardrobe which she gave me (a fabulous eighties piece that wasn't being worn). I wear it a few times a year, because spring coats are not the most practical pieces for our usually rainy spring weather. But I enjoy it everytime I wear, and fun factor is key to keep a cloth in my wardrobe!

I've worn once more this 80's dress which Sacramento sent to me (into a delightful parcel of joy!) and I'm in love with it!.
What a lovely coat and it looks wonderful on you. Your mum has brilliant taste. It goes really well with the dress Sacramento sent you. It also looks fabulous with your ASOS dress. I love all the colours - what a cheerful and beautiful sight you are!
ResponderEliminarI hate decorating too - almost as bad as cleaning the oven!

Both dresses look great on you, and I love the colour of your mum's coat! I agree with you that spring coats are not always practical. I have lovely pink one, which I have never worn, since it is either too cold, too warm, or too wet! Lovely brooch and hairpiece too. xxx
ResponderEliminarnice coat and so this the dress
ResponderEliminarI agree with you - fun factor is a must for me too! This is such a beautiful coat, I can tell it is really well made too. Your sense of colors and shapes always amazes me. You have an artistic eye! Love this coat with both dresses and both color schemes. And your always thoughtful accessorizing - beautiful bags, beret, pin!

ResponderEliminarRed and purple.
Red and anything!!.....it works, and I love it!
This punch of vibrant colour is really inspiring me to dig out more red from my wardrobe. I have been reaching for more muted colours recently.
I love how you inject colour and joy into every post.
