I worn this new dress some days ago. It was bought in June at Spitalfields Market, when we visited London, and it was storaged in my wardrobe waiting for colder weather, as it's made of a thick cotton fabric, very consistent and well made. It even has pockets!. I don't know why I bought a green and brown dress, as these are not usually my favorite colors, but I think that adding some unexpected colors could make my wardrobe more interesting!

I've been working on a new sewing project, which I call my 'frankenstein dress'. Mr.A. says it's simply ugly, but I have become fond of it, as it's kinda kitschy fun. What do you think?
They may not be your usual colours but that dress is lovely, you've styled it to perfection.
ResponderEliminarI love your Frankendress, its not ugly at all, its a work of art. aren't men cheeky?
Hope that cold vanishes really quickly. xxx
I love your new dress and the print is very reminiscent of 1950s prints. Green and brown are lovely colours together.
ResponderEliminarYour Franken dress is amazing - can't wait to see you wear it!
Have a great weekend

I'm sorry to hear you've got cold. I hope you feel better soon! You look wonderful in this new green dress, and I also love your shawl, such a great piece. Your Frankendress is awesome - it's happy, creative just like you are, and it brings a smile to my face!
ResponderEliminarThat dress is lovely, Monica, just the shade of green that I adore. I hear you about your cold and feeling miserable. I just recovered from one myself. xxx
ResponderEliminarYour new dress reads more green than brown, and it is a nice shade of green that works so well with the orange cropped cardi! Men are so conservative when it comes to women's clothing; I think your "Frankendress" is very cool. Sorry to hear you have a cold - hope you get over it soon.
