street art & turquoise

Yesterday, we went for a walk nearby the river, where there is a city park and some interesting paths, and there's also some street art which I've never taken pics of it before. So we had a nice walk trough the city park, and then a visit to the public library, which is the reason because I worn this massive beach bag. You know, books.
Actually, I picked this bag not only because of its size, but also because it's a statement piece which I embellished with some crochet starfishes. Even if I live far away from the sea and all the sea life I could see would be on the fishermongers counter, I like this kind of 'seaside vibe' and I like to wear some of my beach clothes. I think they could be worn in an urban environment (an example: dressing up tie&dye) and they deserve an opportunity to shine!

Ayer salimos a dar una vuelta cerca del río, donde hay un parque urbano, con paseos interesantes, y también arte urbano que no había fotografiado antes. Así que visitamos este parque que se extiende a lo largo del río, y luego fuimos a la biblioteca pública, que es la razón por la que llevé este bolso tan enorme. Ya sabéis, libros.
En realidad, elegí este bolso no sólo por el tamaño, claro, también porque es muy vistoso y lleva unas estrellas de mas de ganchillo que le añadí yo misma. Aunque viva bien lejos del mar, y toda la vida marina que voy a ver estará en el mostrador de la pescadería, me gustan estos elementos marinos, y llevar ropa o accesorios playeros. Creo que pueden usarse perfectamente en un entorno más urbano (un ejemplo, dressing up tie&dye) y merecen más oportunidades de lucirse.
