Weekend & Wineyards

I'm back to business as usual after my urban holiday. I could get used to this lifestyle. And we also payed a visit to another usual spot, the medieval village of Laguardia, where we enjoyed a walk, bought a loaf of bread in a local bakery and had our usual apéro. Just my kind of morning.
Every time we visit this place, I take similar photos but who can resist this landscape?. You can see the wineyards spreading out to the very skirts of the mountains, and the foam-like clouds!

- top, La Redoute (old)
- sandals, Chiruca (old) / sandalias
- straw bag, retail (old) / bolso de paja
The balconies have some impressive iron work, these balausters are decorated with (iron) olive branches.
We had some tapas/pintxos, a portion of spanish omelette stuffed with mushrooms and ham (and some wine, obviously!). And this is a local bakery, a favourite spot to take photos, but also a favourite place to buy some bread. They know how to show their products!
Have a fabulous week!

¡Que tengáis una semana estupenda!

  2. Laguardia looks absolutely delightful, so I'm not blaming you for taking the same kind of photos every time you visit. I have been known to do the same when visiting places I love.
Your outfit is delightful too, and just looking at it is getting me in holiday mood.
The panoramic view over those vineyards is stunning, and the sight of your tapas and the bread displayed outside that bakery is making my mouth water! Thank you so much for taking me along, Monica. Besos xxx

I think that I have to take more photos of the vineyards and cellars and landscape, sometimes it's something I take for granted, many people don't even notice it's beautiful!
      Thanks for your comment!

  3. Oh that does look amazing and it's how I remembered Spain from my brief visit in 2016. You look gorgeous in your massive flower skirt; the colour of the top suits you so well. You have my favourite bag with you - the sunshine bag!

Those wrought iron balconies were so pretty.

    1. Mwhaha, glad to know that Jon likes some tapas/pinchos!, I think that both you would enjoy them!
This bakery is one of the few 'traditional' businesses that are still working, there are many souvenirs stores and art galleries around!. And it looks the same since my childhood! (and probably since 18th century!)
My massive flower skirt is becoming a real horsework, I wear it at least once every week!
